Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, with a strong background in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CS Operations, or Business Operations.
  • Backgrounds in management consulting or investment banking-turned start-up operator are valued.
  • Strategic & independent thinker: You're a self-starter who can turn ambiguity into clear, actionable plans. You're driven by the success of the business and have a strong bias for action. No task is too small for you.
  • Data savvy & impartial: You're confident translating data into a compelling narrative. You have strong business judgment and use data to inform decisions without bias.
  • Technical proficiency: You have advanced proficiency in Excel with SQL knowledge for independent data analysis and system building. You are very familiar with B2B SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, expansion revenue, unit economics) and feel comfortable leading conversations with company leadership around these metrics.
  • Creative and structured problem-solver: You ask great questions and can think beyond standard solutions. You're excited to dive into the details and understand the front-line reality to find the best way forward – while ensuring solutions are structured and scalable.
  • Exceptional communicator & leadership presence: You can present complex ideas clearly and persuasively, and you have a track record of effective stakeholder management, especially with senior executives and leaders. You are not afraid to bring an opposing perspective and facilitate healthy debate to drive toward a robust, aligned decision.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to GTM leadership, providing data-driven recommendations on topics such as territory and quota planning, incentive design, and market segmentation.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects from ideation to implementation, such as defining new GTM motions, refining pricing strategies, or optimizing the customer journey.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reporting that provide clear, actionable insights into pipeline health, sales performance, and revenue metrics for leadership.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify and address bottlenecks, pinpoint growth opportunities, and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement scalable processes and workflows across the revenue organization to improve efficiency and drive consistent performance.
  • Develop and document best practices, playbooks, and standard operating procedures to ensure operational rigor and consistency.
  • Manage the annual planning process for GTM teams, collaborating with leaders and finance to align on goals and resource allocation.
  • Support the optimization of our GTM technology stack (e.g., CRM, automation tools, reporting platforms), ensuring data integrity and a seamless user experience for our GTM teams.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and workflow enhancements to reduce manual work and free up time for our GTM teams to focus on core revenue-generating activities.
  • Monitor and measure the adoption of new initiatives, using feedback to continuously iterate and improve.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to GTM teams, using data to help leaders and reps improve performance and achieve targets.
  • This is a full-time, office-based role requiring presence 5 days a week to foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams — Monday, Tuesday, and Friday at the Menlo office, and Wednesday and Thursday at the San Francisco office.
