- Ability to plan efficient delivery routes while accounting for roadblocks and traffic.
- Ability to carry out regular delivery-van maintenance checks and report issues.

- Collect stock or goods from a collection point and ensure that all customer orders are completed.
- Pack goods in the delivery vehicle in an organised manner matching the delivery sequence.
- Plan the shortest and best routes to clients, taking roadblocks and traffic into consideration.
- Carry out regular maintenance checks on delivery vans and inform management of any issues.
- Ensure delivered goods are in good condition.
- Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Inform the office about delayed deliveries, vehicle breakdowns, and other issues.
- Follow the company’s Driving for Work Policy.
