Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Hands-on experience with systems implementations and process improvements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ability to work closely with business partners to provide insight and guidance
- Demonstrated ability to turn financial data into relevant insights that support sound decisions

- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and execution of integration plans for acquired businesses
- Create and drive the adoption of improved financial processes and policies through teaming with multiple stakeholder groups
- Partner with Functional and Finance leadership to actively monitor all aspects of the acquired business affecting financial spending and forecasts, with a particular focus on supporting leadership within acquired businesses throughout integration
- Identify trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement
- Serve as finance lead for various functional groups, providing data-driven insight that enables senior executives to achieve their operating plans
- Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives
