  • Strong vendor management and/or experience managing agency and partners
  • Experience in scaling marketing functions to match company growth trajectory
  • EV and/or startup experience a plus
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Be willing to travel 10 - 15% or as required per year
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
  • $142,000.00-$154,000.00 (Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and training.)
  • Branding
  • Develop, refine, and execute Motiv's overall brand and marketing
  • Run campaigns, pilots, and field tests to test and iterate to grow the Motiv brand
  • Demand Generation and Corporate Marketing Assets
  • Manage agencies and collaborate with partners to execute press releases, Motiv speaking engagements, and PR events
  • Execute tradeshows and other in-person and virtual events
  • Exercise creativity to write campaigns to generate Motiv buzz and execute the campaigns with external partners and Motiv teammates
  • Oversee development and maintenance of Motiv's website
  • Set and beat key performance indicator (KPI) targets
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop and execute a joint sales & marketing strategy to build a full pipeline of leads with conversion to Motiv revenues
  • Product Marketing
  • Leverage insights and understanding of the commercial electric vehicle landscape to strengthen Motiv's leadership position in the growing industry
  • Support competitive analysis and product positioning
  • Develop case studies and product collateral
  • Lead sales and other customer related training on product, messaging, and positioning
  • Internal Communications
  • Work with leadership and Human Resources to ensure external facing brand and market strategies are communicated effectively within Motiv departments
