Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of marketing experience with at least 1 year experience in B2B enterprise software or Saas
  • English native
  • Marketo & Salesforce knowledge is important
  • You are experienced in developing inclusive of segmentation, CVR optimization, engagement, nurture and lifecycle programs
  • You have strong project management and problem solving skills
  • You are autonomous and confident about your ability to set priorities, handle multiple projects and follow through on deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Time management, prioritization, organizational, communication and collaboration skills are key for success in the role
  • Results driven with analytical ability
Responsibilities
  • Support the business with developing strategic end to end global email marketing plan to support both new and accelerated pipelines (including retention and partner opportunities as well)
  • Collaboration with Marketing ops on producing and executing all email campaigns, including building emails from templates and HTML, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling
  • Support every program via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty and retention
  • Build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and revenue performance against KPI goals
  • Build and manage the email marketing calendar and ensure alignment with business priorities, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the studio and content team to optimize email creative and template structure
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Program to develop set-up, execute a wide range of email marketing programs to our LoB and segment programs
  • Devise and execute A/B tests (subject lines, CTA, send time…), manage testing calendar, and advise on improvements
  • Provide regular campaign performance reports that include conversion rate optimization, form field optimization and lead scoring workflow
  • Consistently identify trends and email marketing strategies best practices from other leading companies to glean insights, new innovative ideas/tactics and tools
