Responsibilities
  • Oversee and scale the training and quality assurance teams to support our growing student-facing operations.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires on student-facing teams, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and mindset needed to excel in their roles and provide an exceptional student experience.
  • Develop scalable, role-specific training programs to support the unique needs of each student-facing team, ensuring consistency and quality across departments as well as alignment with the 'Campus Way' and our mission.
  • Design and implement a quality assurance system to monitor team performance, ensure compliance, and uphold exceptional student experiences.
  • Regularly review and evaluate student-facing teams to make sure they’re following internal policies, meeting regulatory standards, and staying aligned with institutional requirements, all while keeping the student experience front and center.
  • Oversee the implementation of new tools, systems, and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and team adoption.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team leads within Student Success, Financial Aid, IT Support, and Admissions to encourage leadership growth.
