Requirements
  • Five or more years of successful Home Improvement Sales experience.
  • Proven leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Strong business development and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort with technology, including iPad presentations and electronic contract systems.
Responsibilities
  • Review appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team.
  • Run a minimum of 5 leads per week with another representative as a training tool, providing hands-on coaching in the field.
  • Assist representatives in homes by making calls and helping with the closing process whenever support is needed.
  • Regularly review performance results and take the necessary steps to meet daily, weekly, and monthly expectations.
  • Complete cancel-save appointments to keep potential sales on track.
  • Work with the rehash manager to revisit homes, close sales, and maximize opportunities.
  • Prepare and lead ongoing training meetings to keep the team sharp and continuously improving.
  • Set clear expectations for the sales team based on company objectives so everyone stays aligned and focused.
