Operations at Curai
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner to manage our Provider Operations Team. As a Provider Operations Manager, you will manage our provider network, provide clinical support, lead projects cross-functionally, and execute our expansion strategy in order to deliver a high-quality, cost-effective service that delights providers and patients nationwide.

What You’ll Do: A day in the life of a Curai Operations Manager will be spend doing things like:
- Developing and managing a high-quality, reliable provider network that ensures patients have high-quality chats when they request one.
- Working closely with our Head of Clinical Operations to support the Clinical Team in providing the best clinical outcomes.
- Remotely launching and managing Curai Health Operations in multiple locations. Working with internal and external recruiting, legal, and insurance resources to set-up services.
- Managing the Provider Operations Team (India Ops Managers, Medical Assistants, EHR Educators) to ensure consistent provider and patient support.
- Working with other operations team members to share findings and implement best practices.
- Developing and executing scalable strategies and experiments to improve our operational goals.

- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (BSN or MSN)
- A proven track record: 5+ years of business management or operations experience in a dynamic environment.
- Strong Google Sheets and data management skills as well as demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data in spreadsheet or graph formats.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A willingness to ’get into the weeds’ and a continuous improvement attitude: devise and execute on improvement opportunities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision yet maintain team-level participation.
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
- A Data-driven, decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking and experimentation.
- Comfortability dealing with uncertainty in a constantly-changing work environment.
