- A high proficiency level in specific job-related skills is required.
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in web application development is required, including Visual Studio .NET with ASP.NET and VB.Net, JavaScript, Crystal Reports, ColdFusion, SQL Server, and Microsoft Access.
- A strong understanding of software development concepts, including website building blocks, object-oriented programming, polymorphism, overloading, T-SQL, relational databases, normalization and denormalization, and database transactions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to provide high-level customer support.
- Analyze organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems.
- Perform technical design and development of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms, with general guidance and coaching.
- Design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain applications.
- Ensure that the software development life cycle methodology is followed and conduct inspections and post-implementation reviews.
- Work at a high technical level throughout the entire application development life cycle.
- Partner with business personnel to analyze organizational needs.
- Act as the primary liaison with the user area for application development and modifications to existing applications.
- Certifications related to Visual Studio .NET, ASP.NET, VB.Net, JavaScript, Crystal Reports, ColdFusion, SQL Server, or Microsoft Access.
- Minimum five years of related experience is preferred.
