As a Product Designer, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of 275 million Americans and leave a lasting impact on their wallet and their experience. You will play a significant role in shaping the future of our product as we strive to create a Super App that removes any and all friction associated with owning a car - from insurance, safety, maintenance/repairs, parking, etc.

You will work directly with our Co-Founder/CEO and our talented product teams to make owning a car as easy as taking a drive. With over 4M customers and 30X revenue growth in just 3 years, we are looking for a talented mobile native designer who’s excited about our mission to join us as we enter the next phase of our Super App journey.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with our product and engineering teams on high stakes initiatives including making shopping for insurance a trustworthy experience, delivering a compelling personal safety experience, etc

• Create concepts and prototypes, and apply expertise in creating flows, user stories, sketches, wireframes, and specifications

• Prioritize customer needs and usability in the design of complex products

• Manage design projects throughout the product life cycle, including multiple product launches

Who you are:

• You have shipped mobile products that have served customers at scale

• You constantly refine your designs through user feedback, whether through hands-on user research, or designing options for A/B Tests

• You can build and create frameworks, facilitate product teams during product discovery with structured workshops, and brainstorm initial design concepts

• You can connect the dots between various user groups and industry workflows and turn them into simple design solutions and flows

• You’re constantly sketching concepts, tweaking flows, or refining designs that represent the big-thinking work

Jerry is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
