Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required plus a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR, or Master’s degree and 8 years of progressive experience in HR
  • Experience across multiple HR disciplines
  • Experience leading HR teams
  • Experience designing and leading change management efforts
  • Experience designing and implementing human capital strategies aligned to business strategy, with clear business outcomes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and influence others at all levels
  • Strong project management and problem solving skills
  • Adaptability and resilience; able to change course when needed and operate in an ambiguous environment
  • This position requires up to 25% travel in support of the business
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
  • serve as a strategic business partner providing day-to-day support to the division general manager and the division senior leadership team in the accomplishment of business objectives
  • lead a team of HR business partners responsible for development and implementation of HR strategy
  • lead human capital programs and core processes including but not limited to talent acquisition, talent assessment and development, performance management, employee relations, labor relations, total rewards, succession planning and talent pipeline development, organization effectiveness and leadership development
