Requirements
  • The candidate must have 4–7+ years of experience in a high-tempo, deadline-driven environment such as management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate strategy or development, enterprise product, pre-sales, or a comparable startup operating role.
  • The candidate must have a track record of producing deliverables for senior executive audiences, including decks, models, and briefs, under tight deadlines.
  • The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to synthesize multi-stakeholder input into concise, leadership-ready output.
  • The candidate must have strong analytical and structured-problem-solving skills and fluency in the language and methods alliance partners expect.
  • The candidate must have strong organization and ownership across multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines.
  • The candidate must have the aptitude and willingness to enhance context-engineering skills and become an independent builder on an artificial-intelligence-driven platform.
  • The candidate must be comfortable interfacing directly with senior external stakeholders and internal leadership.
  • The candidate must be a United States citizen because certain client engagements require it.
  • The candidate must be based in Chicago, United States, or willing to relocate.
  • The position is full-time and permanent.
Responsibilities
  • Build platform deliverables such as agents, interactive analytical canvases, workflows, and demos that showcase a coherent strategic narrative.
  • Elicit and derive the core problem statement, then source and structure underlying research to produce client-ready walkthroughs.
  • Partner with internal Growth Signals and alliance teams through the engagement lifecycle, including scoping, demo preparation, live working sessions, and client presentations.
  • Track deals in the customer relationship management system, deliverables, timelines, and commitments end to end, following up until a binary response is received.
  • Synthesize inputs from Product, Engineering, and Data Science and Artificial Intelligence teams into clear, partner-ready communications, summaries, and recommendations.
  • Gather partner feedback, translate it into platform feature recommendations, and rapidly address issues and queries to unblock client delivery.
  • Build mastery in the platform and context engineering to eventually own deliverable production and presentation independently.
  • Build collateral, tutorials, training videos, and reusable asset libraries, and turn engagement lessons into scalable playbooks and best practices.
  • Independently run trainings and brainstorming sessions with alliance account teams.
  • Support major alliance events across geographies by driving planning, logistics, and execution.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior startup or founder experience.
  • An MBA from a leading program.
  • Experience in business-to-business, enterprise, or professional-services contexts working with strategic partners or sophisticated clients.
  • Familiarity with artificial-intelligence tools, platforms, and context engineering.
  • Comfort with data, research, strategic frameworks, modeling, and structured analysis as inputs to client-facing work.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and on short notice.
