About the Team
Team’s mission is to create the best Support products (Helpdesk, Automate & Phone) to empower Brands to deliver an exception customer experience to their shoppers.
Success of the team is measured by the quality (ie CSAT) & efficiency (ie Automation Rate) of the service that brands that use our support suite of products.

Who You Are
Years of software engineering experience: 20+
Experience as Senior Director/VPE: 2y minimum. Ideally 3y+
Experience as Senior Software engineer: 7y minimum, ideally 10y+
Technologies: Python, Java (Flink), Typescript, Postgres, Kafka.
Background: Has been a senior software engineer in the past.
