Requirements
  • Be able to demonstrate a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Lead conversations around Conversational AI, chatbot CX, in a SaaS environment, with a deep understanding of the sales process and customer journey.
  • Be able to demonstrate deep knowledge and experience in virtual agent technologies, chatbot platforms, or conversational AI applications.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas and recommendations to stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate experience with CRM systems, sales tools, and marketing automation platforms is advantageous.
  • Be able to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through Zoom's virtual agent solution across the EMEA region.
  • Grow awareness, adoption, and deployment of Zoom Virtual Agent (ZVA) across current Zoom customers.
  • Act as a market evangelist within Zoom sales teams, Zoom partners, existing Zoom customers, and customer prospects.
  • Help customers re-imagine their customer and employee experiences.
  • Build on the global Zoom infrastructure to enhance customer and employee journeys using AI.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales tools, and marketing automation platforms is advantageous.
