Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior laboratory, phlebotomy, or medical office experience is required.
  • Availability Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. is required.
  • Attention to detail is required.
Responsibilities
  • Load samples in hematology, coagulation, chemistry, and urinalysis.
  • Call critical results.
  • Perform instrument maintenance under the supervision of the Laboratory Supervisor.
  • Archive and retrieve samples.
  • Perform inventory.
  • Unpack stock and maintain department supplies as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Word processing and spreadsheet skills are preferred.
