Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of software development experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including Go, Java, Python, C, C++, C#, Objective-C, JavaScript, or Kotlin.
Responsibilities
  • Help design, scale, deliver, and lead an automated application evaluation framework, including intelligent application crawlers using computer vision and large language models, AI vision models for detecting XR-specific spatial layout issues, rendering distortions, overlapping user-interface elements, and input collision issues, and automated regression detectors for verifying application compatibility overrides.
  • Participate in the architectural design and implementation of a unified automated application runner for Android XR AppCompat.
  • Build scalable application execution frameworks that run on physical devices, emulators, and cloud-hosted environments.
  • Partner with the Android and Android XR platform teams to develop capabilities that improve application experiences in XR.
