  • Maintain and develop our Workplace IT Strategy and secure its execution
  • Secure that we deliver IT services and support as per defined standards in all our locations globally
  • Work actively to continuously improve the workplace experience and support
  • Maintain and improve ways of working and processes for the function, making sure we continuously improve our performance
  • Secure that we have accurate maintenance and replacement plans for our business-critical assets
  • Build a strong Workplace IT team and secure succession
  • Participate in the initial phases in our projects making sure our new sites, rebuilds and extensions have the correct prerequisites for a successful operation
  • Lead the development of our internal guidelines and standards for Workplace IT
  • Work closely with our sourcing teams to make sure we have the most suitable external suppliers in place
  • Maintain close collaboration with stakeholders
  • Drive innovations within IT to constantly develop the workplace
  • Maintain knowledge of complex industry trends, current IT issues, and IT technology
