Requirements
  • 3+ years’ agency or brand experience, including overseeing campaign executives.
  • Fluency in German at a native level (verbal and written) is required for this role.
  • Possess exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the social media advertising landscape, particularly in the DACH region, with a passion for staying ahead of industry innovations and trends in the creator economy.
  • Excel in a collaborative, flexible, and fast-paced environment that prioritizes adaptability and innovation over traditional hierarchies and outdated processes.
  • You are a curious self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time and Client Services Executives are aware of their priorities & responsibilities.
  • Consistently update our project trackers to reflect creators fees and overall budget spends.
  • Assist executives with creator sourcing where necessary and be the secondary reviewer for suggested creators and all content before it goes to the client/ live.
  • Support the Associate Director with client comms and assist with agenda creation & taking actions from meetings.
  • Set the structure, sense check data and oversee the generation of reports for us to track output vs the scope, to be presented to the client by the manager.

  • The ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
