Responsibilities
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Log and track deliveries using chain-of-custody systems
  • Distribute mail and notify employees of deliveries
  • Process shipping requests and verify packing documentation
  • Assist with supply ordering and stocking common areas
  • Support light facilities tasks and service requests
  • Monitor and support copy/print equipment
  • Assist with office moves and workspace transitions
  • Set up and break down conference rooms as needed
  • Provide front desk or concierge coverage as needed
  • Answer and direct calls professionally
  • Deliver consistent, high-level customer service to employees and visitors
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in mailroom, office services, reception, or facilities support
  • Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and office equipment
