Role Summary

Role: Electrical Engineer Intern

Location: Sunnyvale, CA.

We are seeking a motivated electrical engineering intern to join our dynamic startup to disrupt the mobility and living space. Being an intern at Pebble will expose you to many different features and functions of an electric vehicle. You will be hands on with the product, testing and validating key functions and features, root causing design issues and quality issues, helping understand product reliability, and ultimately be focused on shipping a product to the market!

Responsibilities:

• Testing and Validation: Execute and oversee tests to ensure the functionality and performance of electrical components, including but not limited to battery management systems, power electronics, and charging infrastructure.

• Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical hardware components into the vehicle, ensuring seamless compatibility and functionality.

• Troubleshooting: Identify, document, and resolve electrical issues and discrepancies encountered during testing and integration processes.

• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from tests and validation activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed records and documentation of test procedures, results, and integration processes.

• Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical engineers, software engineers, and manufacturing teams to achieve successful electrical hardware integration.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in electric vehicle technology and sustainable transportation.
• Strong Electrical Engineering Fundamentals
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
