Requirements
  • 7 years of product management experience (preferably in Saas or e-commerce environment)
  • A background in subscription and / or billing within Saas products
  • Understanding of the end to end customer journey and experience and working with a large number of cross-functional groups to drive results
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • The ability to influence cross-functionally and across the organization, at all levels
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, and detail-oriented
  • Experience in large transformation projects focused on UI or customer experiences
  • Platform knowledge
Responsibilities
  • Be an Advocate for Atlassian customers. Develop a deep understanding of the Atlassian customer, both existing and future
  • Develop a thorough understanding of SaaS B2C like selling motions Atlassian's, competitors and develop a perspective on new trends in the market
  • Partner with key stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, roadmap and supporting metrics required to deliver and enhance a best in SaaS commerce customer experience
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project management teams to deliver on the product roadmap
  • Drive projects, products, and feature launches with other teams both inside and outside of the Commerce team including: operations, content acquisition, legal, marketing, finance, and customer service
