Requirements
- Must hold ASCP Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist certification (MT or MLS); not interested in Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Work as a generalist by background and be cross trained in every area to perform laboratory duties.
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent blood banking experience preferred.
- Highly experienced candidate preferred, but will consider new graduates who completed an internship.
- Relocation assistance up to $6,000, depending on distance.
- Retention bonus available: $5,000 after signing a two-year agreement, paid after successful completion of the first 90 days if review is satisfactory.
