Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in front-end web browser testing/debugging, troubleshooting, and in general, communicating and solving technical problems
  • Strong understanding of software quality assurance, test case creation/documentation, and QA-testing best practices
  • Proficiency in using test automation tools (eg. Cypress, Playwright)
  • Strong SQL proficiency for data validation, test data creation, and verifying data integrity across multiple systems
  • Desire to learn quickly and positive attitude towards learning and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with serving in a support role and effectively communicating technical issues, blockers, and risks
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage time effectively
  • Willingness to travel to offsites (typically 4 times a year)
Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough black-box testing of web and mobile-web applications
  • Create, update, and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure software applications meet requirements
  • Interface with web teams, cross-platform teams, Product Managers, Developers, and QA team members
  • Participate in team discussions and provide feedback on testability, risks, and product design
  • Develop QA strategies to increase future QA testing capacity and coverage
