- Ability to work onsite Monday thru Friday, 8a-5pm.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- 2+ years of strong experience in the collections industry, with an emphasis on consumer collections.
- Ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Successful candidate will collect certified delinquent taxes and debts owed to state government agencies, including college debt.
- Negotiate and structure payments with debtors.
- Maintain a high degree of customer contact, through inbound and outbound customer calls.
