Requirements
  • 1+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning or related roles.
  • Strong demand planning and supply chain management experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with SIOP (Sales, Inventory, & Operations Planning) processes.
  • Excellent communication and partner management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Lead Demand Planner in developing site-based forecasts and integrating them within IFS.
  • Enhance MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes to ensure a standardized and efficient planning approach.
  • Generate production plans while considering demand, capacity, stock policies, and efficiency factors.
  • Identify capacity bottlenecks and collaborate with production teams to develop solutions.
  • Monitor key supply chain metrics, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.
  • Facilitate Planning/Production Reviews, ensuring partner alignment and approval.
  • Apply IFS exception messages to maintain availability and address shortages.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to assess production plans against warehouse capacity.

  • 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning or related roles
  • Experience working in a large global organization with multiple manufacturing sites
  • IFS ERP system experience in planning, manufacturing, and purchasing modules
