  • Understand the client’s business goals and objectives to develop strategic account plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, revenue cycle, finance, marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Communicate client feedback and insights to internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, forecasts, and growth strategies.
  • Analyze account performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
