Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience providing successful internal communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or a content-focused program.
  • Strong project coordination skills.
  • Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced global working environment, working with multiple regions and stakeholders.
  • Exceptionally strong writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to be innovative, adaptable, and thrive under pressure.
  • Experience running donation matching programs, organizing community events, and social impact initiatives a plus!
Responsibilities
  • Support global communications by ensuring all deliverables align with Wiz's voice, strategy, and culture.
  • Manage multiple communication plans simultaneously, adapting priorities based on business needs to ensure timely and successful publication.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the internal employee portal, ensuring its accuracy, relevance, and ease of use.
  • Serve as a communications business partner and consultant for designated departments, participating in cadence calls, tracking communications, and delivering critical information to appropriate audiences.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders early in the process to identify gaps and gather necessary information for robust communication rollouts.
  • Lead and execute special communication projects as required to support organizational initiatives.
