Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 4+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company
  • Strong understanding of content moderation workflows and challenges
  • Experience with content classification, labeling, and policy enforcement
  • Familiarity with automated content moderation tools and techniques
Responsibilities
  • Work with a team of cross-functional partners in the building of app features and content experiences
  • Launch features and improvements that give Snapchatters greater control over the quality of their content experience
  • Develop goals, strategy and roadmaps; own products and features from conception to launch and beyond
  • Set metrics that inform the success and impact of your products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, and Policy
  • Research, stay informed, and become an expert on changes in local and global laws & regulations
  • Understand deeply the content needs of Snapchatters, and apply those learnings in the features you develop
  • Develop and present go-forward recommendations with key stakeholders
  • Closely monitor and measure results of all features

  • Comfort with leveraging state-of-the-art AI technology for moderation use cases
  • Experience in Trust & Safety or Content Moderation
  • Experience with ML evaluations and solutions
  • Knowledge of online safety best practices and industry standards
  • Passion for Snapchat and creative problem solving
