Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from an accredited university preferred.
  • 3+ years of warehouse operations and leadership experience preferred.
  • Proven success in leading operational improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Direct a team of up to 20 hourly associates to deliver exceptional results in safety, quality, customer experience, employee engagement, development, and cost management.
  • Propel quality and performance initiatives, process changes, and Lean strategies to help your team exceed business goals.
  • Define clear requirements and expectations, identify training needs, measure performance, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable.
  • Source ideas from your team and integrate them into effective improvement plans, validating changes for impact and financial benefits.
  • Uphold eBay DNA principles and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Utilize data metrics for capacity planning and staffing to proactively address changes affecting team performance or customer experience.
  • Respond to all inquiries, both internal and external, with professionalism.
  • Encourage employees to escalate concerns without fear of retaliation.
  • Ensure professional interactions with employees, leadership, and business partners at all times.
