Requirements
  • Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology
  • ARRT (MRI) certification
  • 1–3 years of related experience in MRI
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI exams and assess each patient’s readiness and safety, including screening for contraindications.
  • Supervise daily operations of the MRI unit, including technologist scheduling, imaging protocols, and equipment quality control.
  • Train, onboard, and mentor MRI staff; coordinate workflow to maximize efficiency and care quality.
  • Collaborate with radiologists to maintain and enhance imaging protocols.
  • Monitor supply inventory, manage capital equipment needs, and oversee compliance with regulatory standards such as Joint Commission and Radiation Safety.
  • Lead departmental quality improvement and safety initiatives.
  • Support a professional, patient-focused atmosphere in alignment with NEBH’s values.
