Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive End-to-End hiring for technical roles
  • Develop a robust recruitment pipeline including sourcing, screening, and interviewing top candidates
  • Establish foundational hiring processes to ensure equitable hiring practices
  • Source from diverse channels including professional networks, job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Lead the development of internal recruitment processes
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to building the employer brand
  • Be a protector and advocate of the company's culture
  • Partner with business leaders on multiple end-to-end hiring searches
  • Educate hiring managers and the broader company on hiring best practices
  • Work on employment branding projects
