Requirements
  • US Citizenship is required due to government contracts
  • Enrolled in an accredited undergraduate program (preferably Junior or Senior), or graduate degree program in the following fields of study: Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering
  • Completed at least 80 credits prior to starting the internship
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher required
  • Ability to work productively and cohesively in a diverse and multicultural environment
Responsibilities
  • Create the item number/ BOM in Syteline
  • Check in and maintain PDF drawings in Windchill System
  • Create the 3D models and 2D drawings by CREO
  • Make the machine manual for projects
  • Support existing engineering projects
  • Write Process Method Sheets
  • Assist with repair development
  • Support continuous improvement projects within the engineering department or other cross functional areas
  • Analyze process failure modes
  • Conduct root cause analysis of rework
  • Participate in DIVE process
  • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion
