  • Minimum of 10+ years of new business cultivation or sales experience and a proven track record of at least $1M in annual revenue generation
  • 5+ years experience in the hospitality, sales, fundraising, or marketing industries
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, articulate and persuasive, with well-honed relationship-building skills

Responsibilities
  • Being a front-facing brand ambassador and sales leader to help spark meaningful long-term partnerships that result in new revenue, educating the public, and brand lift
  • Building promotions and strategic partnerships strategies that help drive traffic into the space
  • Prospecting and pitching new strategic partnerships
  • Contributing towards the annual revenue goals for the Experience Lab both in direct funding and gift-in-kind donations
  • Representing the organization at various virtual and in-person networking, speaking, and thought-leadership events to bring new brand partners into the funnel and identify fruitful partnership opportunities
  • Creating a high-performing team to create an incredibly welcoming and exciting environment and experience for all visitors
  • Overseeing the execution of timed experience and narrative flow for guests and creating ongoing ideas for improvement
  • Identifying and closing new inbound opportunities that have the potential to be developed into long-term official and flagship-level brand partners
  • Serving as a thought partner to leaders across the organization in working towards our 5-year organizational goals, including blue sky brainstorming and building operational efficiencies that will help our team scale for growth
  • Having a finger on the pulse of industry, fundraising and innovative marketing trends and key players, especially in the Nashville area
