We are currently looking for experienced ML engineers to join our Mountain View office to develop algorithms and pipelines for DiDis autonomous driving projects. This position involves researching, development & engineering of advanced machine learning techniques into motion planning stack. These algorithms will be applied on our autonomous vehicles, and further deployed in DiDis ride sharing network.
Responsibilities:
- Research and prototype state-of-the-art ML technologies for motion planning.
- Turn prototypes into real-time performance-guaranteed on-board software via rigorous engineering efforts.
- Develop machine learning infrastructure for scalable learning-based planning algorithms.
- Research and survey the current trends in machine learning approaches to motion planning
Qualifications:
- Master or PhD degrees in Computer Science, Robotics or related disciplines
- Solid programming and high working proficiency in C++ and/or Python.
- 3 years of related working experience.
- Clear communication and a strong desire to be a part of a highly collaborative and rapidly growing team.
Preferred:
- Experience in the field of machine learning for robotics planning and control
- Experience with algorithms that use causal reasoning, sequential decision making, inverse reinforcement learning and GAIL
