Requirements
  • Strategic and tactical experience with B2B digital marketing: demand gen, content, and campaign management. You have a blend of experience working with companies both within and outside of the tech space
  • Experience working with SMBs, and local businesses: you understand the mindset, behaviors, and needs of small businesses and can provide actionable solutions
  • Experience with performance marketing and analytics: you have a keen understanding of marketing metrics and ownership over outcomes
  • Strong writing and crystal clear communication skills
  • Comfort bouncing between strategy and tactics -- you can think big picture but also comfortable getting in the weeds to execute
Responsibilities
  • Own and develop omnichannel marketing strategies and tactics to acquire, convert and retain merchant partners
  • Test, implement and be accountable for the right mix of digital and non-digital channels to accomplish quarterly goals, including owning and developing out of home opportunities
  • Ideate and build campaigns and programs that create strong brand awareness and affinity for both prospects and current partners
  • Create and syndicate merchant-facing content across relevant marketing, sales and success channels
  • Build scalable workflows that utilize best-in-class tools and marketing practices
  • Deliver a cohesive, on-brand, partner experience by ensuring cross-functional alignment with sales, success and product
