Requirements
  • An MD or DO degree is required.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics is required.
  • At least one year of physician experience in family medicine or internal medicine is required.
  • An active medical license is required.

Responsibilities
