  • Experience in R&D and Vaccinology in similar transversal leadership position
  • Demonstrated Skills and experience in Bacteriology, Vaccinology, Microbiology
  • Good skills in Immunology, Monoclonal Antibody, Antigen design
  • Capacity to evolve in a multicultural environment, to solve complex scientific problems, to define and communicate strategy
  • PhD or similar in Biology/Vaccinology
  • English (French will be a plus)
Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide the scientific strategy for the project within Global Antigen Design, operating in an Agile environment
  • Develop technical and research plan objectives aligned with the project and Global Antigen Design’s R&D strategies
  • Align GAD research activities with clinical trial expectations, including IND submissions, support for CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls), and toxicology testing as needed
  • Oversee Bacteriology research efforts to optimize efficiency, workflow, and alignment with project timelines, in consultation with the Global Project Team (GPT)
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, project heads, and colleagues across various departments (CMC, clinical, regulatory, mRNA) to advance vaccine candidates into clinical trials
  • Identify internal and external innovation opportunities
