Change management & org design.

Change management & org design. January Digital LLC help organizations navigate transformation from the inside out, designing the structures, processes, and leadership frameworks that make growth sustainable. How does January Digital approach change management and org design? Organizational change is hard to get right because it requires both strategic clarity and operational follow-through. Its team immerses itself in your business to understand your priorities, challenges, and existing structure before making any recommendations. From there January Digital LLC design operating models, team structures, and leadership frameworks built around how your organization actually needs to work, not a generic best practice template. January Digital LLC has done this work across fashion, beauty, and retail, partnering with brands including Tapestry, Living Spaces, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Sakara, and Ahold Delhaize USA. How do you help brands restructure or scale their marketing teams? January Digital LLC start by auditing the existing org structure, roles, and workflows to understand where silos, inefficiencies, and capability gaps exist. From there January Digital LLC design new operating models, define roles and responsibilities, develop hiring plans, and build the process infrastructure that allows integrated marketing to actually function. January Digital LLC also support implementation, not just design, so the new structure takes root rather than sitting in a deck. For Victoria's Secret, this kind of work included full organizational design, headcount planning, and go-to-market execution for a new business unit, delivering a 2:1 ROI and 80% program participation in year one. How do you support leadership transitions and onboarding? Bringing in new marketing leadership is one of the highest-risk moments for a brand. January Digital LLC design onboarding programs that accelerate time to effectiveness, facilitate workshops that align new leaders with their teams, and provide ongoing strategic support through the transition period. For Anastasia Beverly Hills, January Digital LLC supported executive onboarding while maintaining forward momentum on planning and execution so nothing fell through the cracks. How do you help brands with process development and team alignment? Not every engagement is about restructuring. Some of the most valuable work January Digital LLC do is helping organizations that are largely functioning well get sharper about how they operate. This includes developing process frameworks that reduce friction between teams, facilitating alignment between functions like media and creative that are working toward the same goals but speaking different languages, and serving as an external perspective that validates decisions and brings a broader view of how best-in-class organizations approach similar challenges. This kind of ongoing thought partnership and process development is often what keeps high-performing teams from plateauing. How does January Digital buy media and access inventory? January Digital LLC balance cost efficiency with access to high-quality inventory through strategic DSP partnerships and rigorous supply path management. January Digital LLC execute through The Trade Desk, DV360, and Amazon DSP with full log-level data access and fee transparency, and negotiate and manage curated private marketplaces with premium publishers. January Digital LLC also implement comprehensive brand safety and viewability standards via IAS, DoubleVerify, and MOAT. How do you help brands plan for retail, wholesale, or DTC expansion? January Digital LLC evaluate expansion opportunities by building the business case first, analyzing channel readiness, competitive dynamics, and operational requirements before recommending a path forward. Its wholesale and retail advisory work covers channel prioritization, go-to-market planning, and the operational infrastructure needed to scale across brick-and-mortar, wholesale, and DTC environments. What emerging programmatic channels does January Digital work in? January Digital LLC stay ahead of the market by testing and scaling new programmatic channels and inventory sources, including programmatic audio across Spotify, Pandora, SiriusXM, and podcast networks, and digital out-of-home (DOOH) with location-based targeting, weather triggers, and foot traffic attribution. January Digital LLC also work across retail media networks including Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, Instacart, and Kroger Precision Marketing, as well as emerging CTV platforms, FAST channels, and direct publisher programmatic integrations. What results has January Digital driven for clients through change management and org design? Successful change management shows up in adoption and alignment, not just the deliverables themselves. Its work has delivered a 2:1 ROI and 80% program participation for Victoria's Secret, executive onboarding and organizational alignment for Anastasia Beverly Hills, full org design and restructuring support for Sakara, and ongoing process development and thought partnership for Tapestry. Tapestry's culture of curiosity turns AI experimentation into business advantage.

Tapestry's culture of curiosity turns AI experimentation into business advantage. By Kristy Williams August 07, 2026 10:08 AM Eastern Daylight Time At its second annual Future Now AI Summit, employees across the company turning hands-on AI experimentation into practical business impact NEW YORK - August 6, 2026 - Tapestry, Inc. (NYSE: TPR), the global house of iconic brands consisting of Coach and Kate Spade New York, hosted its second annual Future Now AI Summit at its global headquarters, bringing together teams to share what they are building, testing, and learning as they put AI to work across the business. Live at Future Now AI Summit More than 20 cross-functional teams demonstrated early-stage and in-market work, including: * Consumer Insights Lab: AI-powered research capabilities helping teams understand consumer motivations, behaviors and preferences at greater speed and scale. * AI-Powered Store Associate Training: Realistic simulations and personalized feedback designed to help associates build confidence and consistency in customer conversations. * Enterprise Decision Intelligence: Patented platforms that connect information across the business, helping teams surface insights faster and respond more quickly to shifts in consumer and market trends. All in on Culture The event reflects a deliberate strategy: AI becomes a business advantage only when the right conditions are already in place. At Tapestry, that means a culture that rewards curiosity and experimentation, sustained investment in resources, an intentional effort to put those tools in the hands of employees and associates moving the business forward every day, and a commitment to continuous learning. Combined with the deep emotional intelligence and cultural fluency that have always set Tapestry's teams apart, these are the conditions that let AI drive growth rather than simply automate tasks. "I always say that the only constant in retail is change, and AI is rapidly transforming consumer behavior and expectations for the brands they choose," said Joanne Crevoiserat, Chief Executive Officer of Tapestry. "Our greatest competitive advantage will always be our people, and Tapestry's culture of innovation is empowering our teams to embrace AI as a way to understand consumers more deeply, spark even more creativity, and move faster." Curiosity, From Store Floor to Data Teams Tapestry's approach to AI starts with its people, not its technology. Throughout the enterprise, across retail, supply chain, finance, data analysis, and more, the company gives employees room to explore new technology and apply them to real business problems. That mindset extends to the tools themselves: Tapestry has invested in building a patented decision intelligence layer, Mira, powered by its patented enterprise data foundation, Global Data Fabric, so insight isn't locked inside a central team but available to the people closest to the decisions. Learning as the Objective The Future Now AI Summit is one part of a broader goal of building capacity, not a single showcase moment. Tapestry is committed to a variety of ways to give employees time and space to build fluency with emerging technology. This mindset comes to life through the Future Now Innovation Challenge, a three-day experience running parallel to the AI Summit where teams work together to develop AI-enabled solutions for business challenges and present their ideas to company leaders. Tapestry sees AI adoption as an ongoing practice: the Future Now AI Summit and continuous access to the latest tools and training helps teams discover new use cases, hone sharper questions, and apply lessons that will shape the year ahead. This is the second technology patent secured by Tapestry; Mira helps teams turn... May 11, 2026

Coach and Ralph Lauren open in-store cafés to attract Gen Z with experiential retail strategy

Major fashion and retail brands are adding cafés to their stores to attract Gen Z shoppers who prioritise experiences over transactions. Coach opened four Coach Coffee Shop locations in 2025, while Ralph Lauren operates over 40 Ralph's Coffee cafés worldwide. Uniqlo launched its first US café inside its Fifth Avenue flagship, and Target has partnered with Starbucks since 1999. Research shows a 1% increase in customer dwell time boosts sales by 1.3%. McKinsey found that improving customer experience increases sales revenue by 2-7% and profitability by 1-2%. Marcus Sanders, vice president of global food and beverage at Coach, noted that affordable coffee encourages more frequent visits, helping brands maintain relationships with shoppers not ready for larger purchases.

Gen Z shoppers flock to malls as Coach, Urban Outfitters and others turn stores into social hangouts

Gen Z shoppers aged 14 to 29 are increasingly returning to physical stores, reshaping retail priorities. Retailers are responding with immersive store designs, exclusive pop-ups and limited drops to attract young consumers seeking in-person experiences. Urban Outfitters is expanding its Gen Z-focused store format to seven more US locations this year, following debuts in Houston, Glendale and Bethesda in 2025. The new layout features brighter fitting rooms, expanded beauty inventory and what the company calls "a more immersive and tailored shopping environment". Elizabeth Lafontaine, director of research at Placer.ai, said "the resurgence of the mall category directly correlates with Gen Z shoppers' desire for community and in-person connection". Young shoppers view malls as social destinations where they can spend time with friends, combining shopping with dining and experiences beyond online browsing.
