Head of Sales / Sales Lead
at Scoutbee
San Francisco, CA or surrounding area
Scoutbee solves one of the most time-consuming problems in procurement: sourcing the right suppliers. Our AI-powered platform helps teams quickly find, assess, and qualify suppliers, cutting work that used to take weeks down to minutes. Global leaders like Walmart and Unilever use Scoutbee to build more resilient, agile, and cost-effective supply chains. By giving companies better data to make smarter sourcing decisions, we’re helping shape a more sustainable and inclusive global economy.
We’re looking for a Head of Sales to accelerate adoption and revenue growth as we scale. You’ll own the full sales lifecycle from engaging enterprise procurement teams and navigating complex organizations to closing deals and ensuring long-term customer success. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that reports directly to the executive team and works cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations. You’ll be the face of Scoutbee for some of the world’s largest brands, building strong, lasting relationships that drive value well beyond the initial sale. This role is based in San Francisco, CA or the surrounding area.
We’re disrupting procurement by building the most dynamic supply network, where trusted suppliers and the world’s biggest brands connect through clear needs, shared data, and smart technology. Each new connection helps companies move faster, reduce risk, and unlock opportunities for innovation and growth.
If you’re excited to transform how global business gets done and want to partner with leading brands to drive meaningful, lasting change in the supply chain, you’re in the right place.
