  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of experience in corporate, in-house, or ad agency social media, including community management
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders across many teams to drive a positive result
  • Experience in creating social media assets across multiple platforms with measurable results
  • Experience in social video editing via in app and third-party editing tools
  • Ability to tell a story with data
  • Adept at providing solutions and working in cross-functional areas to facilitate successful completion of campaigns
Responsibilities
  • Create and execute social media content that aligns with brand social strategy to drive growth and engagement
  • Provide day-to-day management of our social media presence to provide a positive Plexus experience for our social followers including scheduling content, responding to comments and direct messages, editing social media videos, monitoring reviews, and managing reputation
  • Oversee and manage content calendars and content collaborations across all brand social platforms
  • Stay up to date on social trends, knowledge, and best practices
  • Create social media assets and edit social media videos on multiple platforms
  • Ability to work off-hours with occasional evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
