Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 2+ years in sales and customer service support, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent English verbal and writing skills.
  • Excellent phone communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for the Affinity & Charter sales team.
  • Manage onboard arrangements between Affinity partners and the ships.
  • Assist with marketing support.
  • Maintain and update Affinity & Charter sales database in Salesforce.
  • Assist in coordinating Affinity & Charter sales events, Educational Voyages, and follow up communications.
  • Assist with pre-voyage webinars and briefings.
  • Work in concert with the Affinity & Charter team to meet and surpass revenue targets.
  • Other projects and duties as requested.
  • Attend industry events as needed.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
