- Two to four years of experience designing for marketing or sales in a fast-paced environment, preferably in software as a service or business-to-business contexts.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and digital marketing creatives.
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Ability to translate ideas and briefs into clean, high-converting visual assets.
- Experience designing for both web and print formats.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Great communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Own the design and production of marketing and sales assets, including performance creatives for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google ads; website graphics and landing page visuals; email templates and banners; presentation decks for sales demos, pitch decks, and webinars; sales enablement materials such as case studies, one-pagers, and guides; and event branding including booth design, signage, and swag.
- Ensure everything produced aligns with Plotline’s brand system and voice.
- Adapt creative assets for different channels, formats, and audiences.
- Collaborate with Growth, Founders, and go-to-market teams to brainstorm and execute campaigns quickly.
- Maintain organized files, version control, and scalable design systems.
- Contribute to ongoing brand evolution as the company scales.
- Motion design experience using After Effects or a similar tool.
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge.
- Experience working with paid growth teams.
