Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in administrative management roles, preferably within the training or technology industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 50% travel required.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience managing administrative operations in a global or multi-national organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Slack, Carbon Voice, Voxer, Sharepoint and Smartsheets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of training professionals across the LATAM region ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Delivering translated/localized Axon Training curriculum, materials and associated training to LATAM region customers.
  • Manages market development and strategic and operational initiatives across LATAM in support of strategic sales and scaling targets.
  • Works with and enables LATAM Sales team in order to facilitate the adoption and rapid deployment of Axon products across the region.
  • Constant synchronization of assets with US-based Training Team, Global Marketing Team, Sales Team, Distributors and Customers in order to execute a joint effort to advance team’s interest in the region.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigate operational risks through effective governance and controls.
  • Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate departmental performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify training needs across customer segments and agencies.
  • Lead or contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
