Requirements
  • Advanced degree in human services, public health, economics, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience with routine and emergency repatriation programs and/or disaster recovery.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large, complex projects within the federal market.
  • 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering multimodal technical assistance across targeted domains.
  • Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality, professional visualizations, presentations, reports and other data products.
Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise to projects responding to the human services needs of communities impacted by disaster, repatriating citizens, and/or the domestic public health infrastructure.
  • Lead research and/or technical assistance teams in delivering high-quality projects.
  • Support development of a pipeline of opportunities that align with ICF’s objectives to promote a robust human services infrastructure across targeted domains.
