On-Site Licensed Mental Health Counselor

MindCare Solutions, is a leader in comprehensive mental health solutions in various settings: clinician owned and operated. We are seeking a master's level mental health counselor (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) that is looking for a partnership in a growing organization with a strong team-mentality working in a corrections setting.

Schedule:Full-time

Location: Okeechobee, FL

Compensation:  up to $60 per hour

Position Summary:

• Provide individual and group counseling services to inmates.
• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with medical and security staff to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Florida.
• Experience in a correctional setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
