Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Thorough knowledge of construction industry best practices and building codes.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Must pass pre-employment background checks and drug screens.
- Must be eligible for employment verification through E-Verify.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities for ground-up retail and restaurant projects.
- Liaise with developers, client representatives, government officials, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Understand and enforce company safety requirements.
- Develop, update, and maintain the project schedule.
- Monitor construction for compliance with plans and specifications.
- Ensure quality standards are exceeded.
- Determine and proactively communicate subcontractor workforce requirements.
- Complete project reporting from startup through closeout using Procore Construction Management Software.
- Establish and maintain a positive working environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Procore Construction Management Software.
- OSHA 30-hour certification.
- First Aid and CPR training.
