Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize growth strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
  • Lead initiatives to acquire new patients through paid and organic channels, focusing on improving conversion rates and lowering customer acquisition costs (CAC). Proficiency in Google Ads and paid social media is required to manage and optimize campaigns effectively.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase patient retention and lifetime value (LTV) through personalized marketing and engagement campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Leverage insights to refine strategies and optimize marketing spend.
  • Work closely with outreach team to align growth strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content and marketing materials that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand values.
  • Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Implement A/B tests across marketing channels to continually improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and establish Flagship Health as a leader in healthcare for seniors.
