eHouse announced the acquisition of VL OMNI.
eHouse Studio, a portfolio company of Periscope Equity, has acquired VL OMNI, a commerce data integration technology and services group. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition positions eHouse to offer a full-service commerce solution for mid-market and enterprise merchants, including native iPaaS, ERP, EDI, and marketplace connectors. CEO Robin H. Smith will continue to lead VL OMNI with a significant minority stake.
In addition, eHouse added e-commerce executives Tony Puccetti as its new CEO and Jamie Sutton as its chief marketing officer.
