Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in audio/visual support, particularly in hybrid or virtual settings.
  • Knowledge of audio/visual equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and other virtual meeting platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher, and Adobe products.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to support different time zones.
  • Must be able to travel as required for on-site events.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for virtual, on-site, and hybrid events.
  • Set up and maintain audio and visual equipment.
  • Troubleshoot audio/visual issues during events.
  • Ensure smooth technical operation for remote and in-person events.
  • Complete duties in a competent and professional manner while meeting established milestones and delivery schedules.
  • Comply with regulatory and mandatory training requirements.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with a variety of audio and video equipment.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Teams and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Experience with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency or similar government agencies.
  • Experience with hybrid events and virtual facilitation tools.
