- Reconcile customer accounts and enter receipts while maintaining complete traceability.
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving migration and deployment of new systems, including enterprise resource planning systems and business tools.
- Support adoption of new digital tools and application changes by formalizing, documenting, and implementing future processes to improve collective performance.
- Contribute to team capability development through training, documentation, and local support.
- Participate in continuous improvement of business processes through automation, standardization, and digitalization.
- Experience in environments undergoing significant transformation, where tools, procedures, and organizational structures have changed substantially.
