Requirements
  • Experience in similar functions, particularly accounting data entry.

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-volume daily data entry for issuing and processing invoices while ensuring reliability and responsiveness.
  • Support and train facilities in using invoicing tools and ensure procedures are properly applied.
  • Provide daily operational support to facilities and implement actions needed to maintain smooth, controlled invoicing.
  • Track receipts and disbursements and continuously manage a large volume of financial data.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and enter receipts while maintaining complete traceability.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects involving migration and deployment of new systems, including enterprise resource planning systems and business tools.
  • Support adoption of new digital tools and application changes by formalizing, documenting, and implementing future processes to improve collective performance.
  • Contribute to team capability development through training, documentation, and local support.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of business processes through automation, standardization, and digitalization.
